Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and securely seal the box using the provided adhesive strip to ensure safe transit.

  Attach Label

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label included in your original shipment over any previous delivery markings on the exterior of the box.

  Drop Off or Collection

  Drop your package at the nearest authorized courier point or schedule a complimentary collection through the courier's website.
